This has been a busy offseason for the NBA. Players are changing teams left and right, including two of the NBA's most colorful characters.

Ron Artest is heading to L.A. and Rasheed Wallace is now Celtic-bound. In honor of two of the leagues biggest headcases changing scenery, let's take a look at their 10 Craziest Moments (with video evidence of course).

Rasheed Wallace -

AUBURN HILLS, MI - APRIL 26: Rasheed Wallace #32 of the Detroit Pistons battles for a rebound with Joe Smith #32 of the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game Four of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals during the 2009 NBA Playoffs at the Palace of Auburn Hills on

Rasheed Wallace is not against using little tricks here and there to get an advantage. He's a veteran player and he knows how things work.

Sometimes when you're banging bodies with guys in the paint, you get tangled up and it's hard to distinguish what is a foul and what isn't, so you grab on to them and hope you get away with it.

Unfortunately, sometimes that backfires on you and you get called for it. Sometimes the player you do that to play it up in order to get a foul called, as Andrew Bogut did in this instance.

Luckily for Sheed, he was vindicated by the most unbreakable law in basketball. The ball does not lie.

Ron Artest - Gets Into It With Utah Fans

Ron Artest is scary. Some people are scary because they are big and intimidating, but Artest is because he's clearly got the crazy eyes.

Even when he's smiling it looks like he might go off at any second. Somehow the fans in Utah forgot that. When Artest starting going into "wild eyed mode" at a game there, the fans piled on and kept provoking him.

Artest responded by taunting the crowd by beating his chest and getting even more physical in his play, finally resulting in a mugging of Kirilenko (NO LAYUPS!) followed by Artest getting tossed.

Rasheed Wallace - 41 Technical's in 2000-01

PORTLAND, OR - NOVEMBER13: Rasheed Wallace #30 of the Portland Trail Blazers argues with the referee during Blazers' game against the Sacramento Kings November 13, 2003 at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges an

Sheed played in 77 games in 2000-01 and somehow managed to amass 41 technical fouls. That's more than one every other game.

Probably because of that record, the NBA implemented a rule that after you get 16 technical fouls, you are suspended for one game with every technical that follows.

If that rule had been in place when Sheed set his record, he would have been suspended for 25 games that year - almost a third of the season.

You have to give him props for consistency. It's not easy to be that crazy for that long.

Ron Artest - Pulls Down Paul Pierce's Shorts

INDIANAPOLIS - APRIL 29: Ron Artest #23 of the Indiana Pacers fouls Paul Pierce #34 of the Boston Celtics in Game five of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals during the 2003 NBA Playoffs at Conseco Fieldhouse on April 29, 2003 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Normally a shut-down defender, Artest was getting burned by Paul Pierce this game, so he had to start thinking creatively. Obviously, that meant yanking down Pierce's shorts while play was going on.

The best part is, it didn't even work. Piece pulled them back up, collected a pass, and knocked down a three right in Artest's face.

Actually, scratch that, the best part was Artest singing his apology to Pierce later on.

Rasheed Wallace - Messing With People

DALLAS - MARCH 17: Rasheed Wallace of the Detroit Pistons during play against the Dallas Mavericks on March 17, 2009 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and/or using thi

Hand it to Sheed, he may be a headcase, but at least he's a fun headcase. He makes me laugh more than any other athlete.

The crazy part is the Jekyll and Hyde aspect here. How does Sheed manage to be so carefree before the game to going nuts and earning technical after technical during the game?

Ron Artest - Album and Haircut

After the Brawl, Artest didn't do much to make us think that he had changed when he shaved the name of his awful record label "Tru Warier" into his hair to help promote his new album My World.

Since then, Artest has continued to follow in Anthony's Mason's footsteps by breaking out interesting hairdos, but the truly memorable part of this was how bad his album was.

Even the most optimistic numbers put his album sales at 365 total for the first week. I would tell Artest to stick to hoops, but now that he's in L.A. I'm worried he might try to branch off and showcase his "talents" again.

Rasheed Wallace - Hates Towels

LOS ANGELES, CA - NOVEMBER 14: Rasheed Wallace #30 of the Detroit Pistons celebrates during the game against the Los Angeles Lakers on November 14, 2008 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The Pistons won 106-95. NOTE TO USER: User expressly

In a game against New Orleans, Rasheed Wallace somehow develops an extreme dislike for towels.

After he's yanked from a close game after a foul, a ball boy timidly tries to hand Sheed a towel and Sheed just knocks it out of his hand into about the tenth row. Then after he gets his second technical, he finds another towel to throw at the ref.

Even better was that this is what constituted his 16th technical which earned him a suspension for the next game.

Ron Artest - Gives Kobe the Throat Slash

LOS ANGELES, CA - MAY 17: Kobe Bryant #24 of the Los Angeles Lakers is covered by Ron Artest #96 of the Houston Rockets in the third quarter of Game Seven of the Western Conference Semifinals during the 2009 NBA Playoffs at Staples Center on May 17, 2009

I don't care what Artest or anybody says about this, Artest gave Kobe the throat slash gesture.

He claimed that he was complaining about how Kobe hit him in the throat (which Kobe did), but watch the video around the :28 mark and you'll see clearly that Artest makes a little more distinct motion.

Now the two are teammates. Am I the only one who thinks that this is all a brilliant ploy by Artest to get close to Kobe so he can take him out like he promised here?

Rasheed Wallace - Sings Jingle Bells

If you watch just one of the videos in this slideshow, please make it this one.

I love how the other guys in this video are young guys probably forced into it by some sort of initiation, but Sheed is in there just for fun.

He is crazy, but I love him.

"To everybody out there - big people, little people, everybody - from all of us to all of you..."

Ron Artest - The Brawl

Of course, the defining crazy moment of maybe any athlete.

Artest lays down on the scorer's table, gets hit with a beer, then goes up into the stands to exact his revenge and the rest is history.

How fitting that the most infamous moment on this countdown involved both Artest and Wallace, although to Sheed's credit, he did seem to be trying to play the part of peacemaker.

Crazy, thy name is Artest.
