Only legends B.J. Penn and Randy Couture have accomplished this rare feat in the history of the UFC.

Can we go ahead and tentatively schedule the mega matchup with Silva for late 2009 or early 2010?

“I don’t know about it. For me right now my main focus is Thiago Alves," St. Pierre said. "It would be foolish to think that it would be me next (to fight Anderson). I don’t want to look past Thiago Alves right now.”

It may be a bit premature to discuss this potential blockbuster but it is certainly hard to ignore.

“My position is at welterweight but for a challenge I’m always accepting to new things,” St. Pierre said.

If all goes well, it might be the “biggest fight ever” rhetoric begin on July 12.
