Does Geno Smith Deserve to Be New York Jets' Starting QB over Michael Vick?

The New York Jets signed Michael Vick in the offseason to a one-year deal as an insurance policy behind second-year quarterback Geno Smith.

Head coach Rex Ryan hasn't named a definitive starter and wants to see the situation play out, although Vick has publicly said that Smith is the starter heading into training camp.

Should the Jets go with the veteran Vick or continue to develop Smith?
