Is it lack of skill? Many would say yes, yet I disagree. I think we have had the right players, but the wrong combinations in lines. Goaltending isn't our problem (except when we start Raycroft). The biggest thing right now, to me, is that we bring up Pogge from the minors and release/trade Raycroft. That way, when we have Pogge and Toskala, goaltending will not be a weakness.

Also, veterans such as Kaberle...ask them to take a bit less pay so that more cap space opens up, and we can sign more prospects. I would also hope that the scouts are doing their job so that we can use the draft to our advantage.

One thing I would love to see happen (although it probably never will) is to have Pat Quinn as head coach again.
