Rasheed Wallace is going to be a Celtic.

He had the option to go to San Antonio, Orlando, Dallas, Charlotte, or Cleveland. I think the team he was suppose to go was the Celtics, because Orlando and Cleveland weren't that serious for getting him.

Charlotte and Dallas were not contenders. From what I heard, Wallace said "he's not going to no Spurs." The Celtics are going to get better with Wallace as long as they're healthy and if so they will dominate the East.
