With the off day St.Louis fans can finally cheer. The Cardinals have now stayed in first for longer then a day in over 2 months! The Cards can thank Bud Selig and his on crack team of scheduale writers.

Tony Larussa realesed this statement: "Ya it feels good! You know. It is nice. This team has just been doing great. Playing the Brewers this week will be hard, and hopefully DeRosa can prove some worth when he returns to action."

Obviously Albert Pujols is excited: "You know. I mean last trghime we talked about this you jinxed me so just go you know. I'm Dominican."

The Cardinals will send Adam Wainright to pitch against a strong Yovani Gallardo. Looks to be a fun matchup as Pujols will attempt to single handedly take down Fielder, Braun, and Cameron.
