The UFL as everyone should know is the brand new football league starting this fall (UFL stands for United Football League). Now in the up coming weeks the teams will pick their names. They claim that they will listen to fans and let them choose so here are my ideas.
New York Associates: New York is a very business heavy city and they preach being professional. The name associates also describes the way you want a team to be well organized and to think as one.
Orlando Riptides: The name not only represents a very beach orientated state but it also shows aggression. A Riptide is a very dangerous thing and you never know when it will take you out.
San Francisco Tremors: This is perfect because it represents the earthquakes that California is so well known for. In addition, the name has some backbone.
Las Vegas Sinners: This is my favorite name because it not only describes the city perfectly but it also provides instant swagger to a team.
Some other names include: Inferno, Juggernauts, and Sharks
