Hopeful, Realistic Nicklas Bendtner Is Pessimistic About Lifting the World Cup

You can always dream, Nicklas Bendtner.

The former Arsenal man was on hand for Sunday's World Cup final at Estadio Maracana.

Although his native Denmark didn't qualify for the World Cup, it didn't stop him from being hopeful when catching a glimpse of the trophy, but if not completely cynical about the Danish chances of hoisting it.

Bendtner uploaded a fuzzy photo of the trophy to Instagram with a wishful yet realistic message: "I #hope but proberly not gonna happen."

With that outlook, "proberly" not, Nicklas.
