England cricketer Craig Kieswetter has tweeted a picture of the brutal facial injury he suffered after being struck by a ball on Day 1 of the Somerset vs. Northamptonshire clash in the County Championship.

Kieswetter was batting when a bouncer from David Willey came through the visor of his helmet.

According to the BBC, he suffered a broken nose and a fractured cheekbone, and he now faces time on the sidelines.

Still, at least his tweet asking if "chicks dig scars" shows that his sense of humour is intact.
