Don't even start to think you can get lazy with your baserunning around the Cleveland Indians' Mike Aviles.

Against the Chicago White Sox, Aviles first covered major ground to make a catch and then threw an absolute cannon to first base to throw out Conor Gillaspie.

When asked about the incredible throw, Indians catcher Yan Gomes told reporters, "Hey, scoot over, [Yoenis] Cespedes. Now we've got Mike Aviles throwing balls like that."
