Reggie Bush and his longtime girlfriend Lilit Avagyan tied the knot Saturday in a lavish San Diego ceremony attended by celebrities and family members alike.

The 29-year-old running back has been dating Avagyan since 2011. The pair welcomed their first child, a daughter named Briseis, to the world last May and their nuptials have been planned for some time. People Magazine's Gabrielle Olya confirmed that their wedding took place over the weekend at The Grand Del Mar in the county where Bush grew up.

The Shade Room's Instagram account highlighted some of the top moments:

According to a TMZ report, guests were treated to a wide arrange of amenities at the San Diego resort. The menu consisted of numerous seafood dishes and top-shelf alcohol—and the family even sprung for some late-night snack options for guests who stayed and partied into the night.

"I'm tapped out," Bush joked this week with TMZ. "This wedding is costing me a lot of money."

While guests mostly consisted of family members and some non-famous friends, there was at least one notable guest from the Bush side. Brody Jenner, whose father Bruce is married to Kris Jenner, the patriarch of the Kardashian clan, was there with his girlfriend, model Kaitlynn Carter. Brody Jenner shared a picture of the two on their way to the wedding:

As Daily Mail notes, Jenner's attendance was noteworthy because of his absence at another recent notable wedding. In May, Jenner's step-sister Kim Kardashian married rapper Kanye West in Italy. Citing his schedule, Jenner did not attend.

Of course, Jenner and Bush know each other from the latter's time dating Kardashian. Bush and the reality star dated for years before their split in 2010.

There has been no further confirmation about other so-called celebrities in attendance. Most other notables came from the football world. Free-agent receiver Donte Stallworth and Lions punter Sam Martin were among those in attendance who offered their congratulations.

Mostly, the event was kept under wraps. The low-key event might be exactly what Bush wanted, given his history with his relationships playing out in the public eye. The presence of his daughter has also given Bush a newfound sense of purpose and maturity.

"It has grounded me more," Bush told Chantal Waldholz of Life & Style last year. "When you have a child, everything you do is about them," he confides. "You're thinking about your child first. Everything. It's grounded me a lot more."

Bush compiled 1,512 total yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games last season, his first with the Detroit Lions. He is expected to serve as the Lions' starting running back again in 2014, where he'll be backed up by a stable that includes Joique Bell and Mikel Leshoure. Next season will be his second in a four-year, $16 million deal he signed with Detroit in 2013.

With a baby and a new wife at home, Bush should have all the motivation he'll ever need to come through with a career year.
