Chien-Ming Wang was placed on the 15-day disabled list today. Jonathan Albaladejo was recalled from from Triple-A Scranton to replace Wang on the roster. According to Peter Abraham, Wang will be shut down until after the break. He will then try to start playing catch. There is no word on who will start Thursday’s game against the Minnesta Twins. Sergio Mitre is a possibility.
