    With the World Cup nearly over, thoughts are returning to the real business of the summer: the transfer window.

    Chelsea have already let David Luiz go to PSG for a reported £50 million, per Charlie Skillen in the Daily Mail. Meanwhile, per Sky SportsCesc Fabregas was signed before the World Cup began.

    More recently, a deal was reached for Diego Costa, per The Telegraph. However, there is still plenty of business left for the Blues to do before the end of August.

    The Metro are reporting that Jose Mourinho is looking to troll Arsenal in much the same way as he trolled Tottenham last summer; by hijacking their deal for Sami Khedira at the last minute. Although it may seem that the German international would be unnecessary at Stamford Bridge, the report suggests that Mourinho may be persuaded to sweeten the deal with Ramires as a make-weight. 

Chelsea Tell Tottenham, Liverpool That Ryan Bertrand Will Cost £8 Million

    Charles Reynolds at The Independent has reported that Chelsea are not willing to accept any offers below £8 million for Ryan Bertrand. The left-back spent the second half of the 2013-14 season on loan at Aston Villa, and apparently Liverpool have already bid £6 million for him.

    Ashley Clements at the Daily Mail has run the very important story that Paul Pogba has been shopping in London's Kinghtsbridge. As the exclusive area is just down the road from Stamford Bridge, this is a sure sign that he is preparing to join Chelsea.

    Either that, or he has more money than sense. Only time will tell whether this was coincidence or not.

Blues Set to Bid for Adrien Rabiot

    Chelsea are apparently willing to help PSG claw back some of the money they spent on David Luiz by bidding £7 million for Adrien Rabiot. According to The Metro, the 19-year-old has been a transfer target since January and has rejected a contract offer in Paris to prepare for a move to London.

    According to The Metro, Filipe Luis has signed a £20 million deal to move to Chelsea from Atletico Madrid. We await confirmation from the clubs.

    According to Simon Johnson at the Evening Standard, Juventus are about to challenge Arsenal to sign Barcelona's Alexis Sanchez. While this news may not seem like it has anything to do with Chelsea, Juve will need to sell before they buy, and £60 million rated Pogba would get the best price this summer.

    BBC Sport confirmed that Ashley Cole has signed a two-year deal with Serie A side Roma, who will compete in the Champions League next season.

    Ashley Cole's Chelsea contract expired last week, leaving him free to move wherever he wants.

    Despite offers from the MLS, John Percy at The Telegraph is reporting that a deal with Roma is all but done.

    The Serie A side will match Cole's £150,000-a-week salary while offering the chance for him to win a second Champions League medal. 

Romelu Lukaku Left in the Dark over Future

    Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has spoken of the uncertainty surrounding his future, telling Jason Burt at The Telegraph that he has not spoken to anyone from the club since September.

    He certainly wants to play regularly next season and will apparently make a decision on his future over the next few weeks.
