The Lancaster JetHawks tried to do something nice for their fans on the Fourth of July, but it definitely didn't go as planned.
After Saturday's game, Houston's Single-A affiliate tried to set off some fireworks but instead ended up lighting the outfield wall on fire.
More than a few fans tweeted pictures of the fire, while another provided a picture of the aftermath:
This isn't the first time this has happened. The California-based JetHawks had an accident with malfunctioning fireworks back in June 2013 that resulted in a dozen injuries.
