Former NFL QB Steve McNair Found Dead

News Channel 5 in Nashville is reporting that long-time Titans quarterback, and one-time Raven, Steve McNair has died due to a gunshot would to the head.

Early reports are that the gunshot would was the result of a double homicide.

McNair was drafted by the Houston Oilers in 1995 and played for the Oilers/Titans until 2005 when he was traded to the Baltimore Ravens. He played two seasons in Baltimore before retiring.

According to the report, the incident took place near 2nd South and Lea Ave. in downtown Nashville.

More details will be released later.
