Joe Dumars I Take It Back, You ARE A Genius.

AUBURN HILLS, MI - APRIL 26: (L-R) Arron Afflalo #28, Tayshaun Prince #22 and Walter Herrmann #5 of the Detroit Pistons sit on the bench in Game Four of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2009 NBA Playoffs at the Palace of Auburn Hills on April 26, 2009 in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Cavaliers won 99-78. This would likely be for only Tyson Chandler and some Cash or Picks, but well worth it considering Tyson's expiring Contract. and again for the Clippers they would get Rip while the Pistons get the expiring contract of Chris Kaman and Brian Skinner and potentially cash or picks.

Both Moves would lead me to call Dumars the Einstein of the Basketball.

This leads me to the last move that Dumars is likely to make hiring a new Head Coach, which the current leader is ESPN Analyst and former Dallas Mavericks Head Coach, Avery Johnson. Which would be a good move on helping the Pistons solidify there lacking defense.

So If the Pistons are able to get a Deal with Portland and New Orleans (which both I think would be best for the team) the Starting Rotation would look as so:

PG- Rodney Stuckey, Will Bynum

SG- Ben Gordon, Aaron Afflalo

SF- Austin Daye, DaJuan Summers, Walter Hermann

PF- Charlie Villanueva, Jason Maxiell, Channing Frye

C- Tyson Chandler, Joel Przybilla, Kwame Brown/Channing Frye

Now say the Pistons land with Utah and Clippers the roster of course would just have a swap of names, and those are just SOME of the possibilities trade wise.

Let's get to the next thing the Pistons need to do, Hire a Head Coach!

The list has been narrowed down to about five candidates but the current leader is Avery Johnson, a ESPN Analyst and former Dallas Mavericks Head Coach, which would for me best the best fit, because in three years Dumars will get to fire him, after his players get tired of him, but he also installs a new learning system for there defense and probably increases the likely-hood of beating the Magic, Celts, and Cavs that much more.

Overall, Dumars, I take it back, you ARE a Genius.
