Jimmy Kimmel possesses a small arsenal of personalities with which he conducts his comedy, the most ridiculous being his security guard, Guillermo.

The small Mexican man appears nightly on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, participating in bits and interviewing celebrities.

His latest interview involved a “Yas-Clusivo” with Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig, who sat down with Guillermo to talk about his upcoming All-Star bid.

Right off the bat, the interview took a turn for the weirder.

“The All-Star game is coming up,” Guillermo said. “Before I vote for you, I have a couple questions...first question: Who is on first?”

“Adrian Gonzalez,” Puig answered, the Abbott & Costello joke soaring beautifully over his head.

Guillermo continued his line of questioning with an inquiry concerning Puig’s groin safety. Was he wearing a cup for their talk?

“No,” Puig answered. “But I’m ready for anything.”

The finest moment of the interview has to be Guillermo’s “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” sing-along. Puig gamely repeats after the strange little man until it gets to “P-penus and crackers, Jack.”

The Cuban native has yet to fully master the English language, but he knows that phrase sounds weird. He repeats it back, along with “cown sen crun.”

Congratulations, Puig. You survived your first one-on-one with Guillermo without shot-putting him into the bleachers, which is a success for anyone.
