10. Tommy Hanson is one of the MLB's top pitching prospects. Since brought up from the Minors, Hanson is 4-0 with a 2.48 ERA. He has pitched 20 straight scoreless innings, and what makes it even more impressive is that two out of the three teams it was against were the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees.

Michael Bourn-Houston Astros

If you are lacking in steals in your league, then this is the guy you want to get. Bourn leads the NL in steals (26), triples (6), and infield singles (20). If you were to get him in free agency right now it would be a steal.

Ricky Romero- Toronto Blue Jays

Quietly, Ricky Romero has put together a productive season behind Roy Halladay. He would be good on any staff who lacks starting pitching. Romero is 6-3 with a 2.85 ERA and 84 K's in 72 inning's pitched.

He has won three straight starts and is rolling.

Mark Reynolds- Arizona Diamondbacks

PHOENIX - JUNE 27: Mark Reynolds #27 of the Arizona Diamondbacks scores a run past catcher Mike Napoli #44 of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim during the fourth inning of the major league baseball game at Chase Field on June 27, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona

Mark Reynold is putting up great numbers on a bad team, which is really hard to do. He is third in the MLB in HR's with 22, ninth in stolen bases with 13, 13th in the league with 56 RBI and seventh in slugging percentage. Mark Reynold's will go fast if he end's up being in the home run derby, so I would get him now.

Nelson Cruz- Texas Rangers

Potential rookie of the year Nelson Cruz has 19 HR's,47 RBI,13 SB's. He has been one of the biggest surprises of 2009. Hitting 19 HR's and 13 SB's will help any team.

Brad Hawpe- Colorado Rockies

He won't be on the free agent market, but it would be worth it to trade up for him. Hawpe is a potential MVP candidate and has been the fantasy steal of the season. Hawpe has a .333 AVG, 13 HR's, and 56 RBI. He has been on fire so try to trade up for him.

Dan Haren- Arizona Diamondbacks

Like Hawpe, you'll have to trade up for him, but it will be worth. In 16 starts, 15 of them have been quality starts. He leads the NL in ERA 2.19, WHIP 0.85, and base runners per game. He is likely going to be the All Star starter and Cy- Young.

Christian Guzman- Washington Nationals

Guzman has had a productive season, supporting a .318 batting average and four triples. If your looking for AVG Guzman is your guy.

Wandy Rodriguez- Houston Astros

DENVER - MAY 14: Starting pitcher Wandy Rodriguez #51 of the Houston delivers against the Colorado Rockies during MLB action at Coors Field on May 14, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. Rodriguez earned the win as he pitched seven innings recorded 11 strike outs

He's been awesome for the Astros this year, he has 95 K's, a 3.21 ERA, and is 7-6. Don't get fooled by his record though; Wandy plays for a bad team and is mainly the reason behind the record.

Jason Marquis- Colorado Rockies

Marquis is 10-5 with a 3.87 ERA. He has been lights out for the Rockies. He recently pitched a complete game vs the Dodgers to raise his win total to 10. He is tied for first in the league in wins.
