Robert Griffin III just didn't look right last season as he continued to recover from a serious knee injury, but judging by the workout videos he posted recently, the Washington Redskins quarterback's knee looks pretty good.

Washington decided to sit Griffin after Week 14 last season in order to protect his long-term health. It was a controversial move, but in a season that didn't go as planned, it was best for the future of the organization.

Looking back at it, it may not have been a bad move. It doesn't look like Griffin is having any issues moving around on the field this offseason:

Griffin also showed his knee is strong enough to do some work in the weight room:

After seeing these videos, Washington fans should be eager to see him in action this season.
