Belgium may be hard at work preparing for their World Cup knockout-round match against the USA on Tuesday night, but the players still have time for philanthropy.

In fact, the Rode Duivels just shared a brilliant video in which midfielder Eden Hazard and defender Laurent Ciman made the day of a 79-year-old Belgium fan.

The two players recorded a video for "Nana Francine" and signed a customised Belgium home shirt for her. Belgium then delivered the shirt and message to her doorstep and filmed the results.

Yes, Nana Francine seems blown away. Yes, it's definitely worth a watch.
