Our favourite lasting memory of Chris Kamara may hilariously be his epic missing of a red card on air, but the memory of his most recent exploit may last longerand for better reason.

The ex-footballer-turned-pundit wore a different hat than his typical professional one: protector of the people.

Kamara showed that he's still in fine shape from his former days on the pitch when he chased down a street robber and helped apprehend the perpetrator.

And thankfully for us all, he tweeted about it. Because nothing's official until it's been tweeted. As it typically is while he's on screen, his commentary was quite good too.
