The Toronto Raptors have provided by far the biggest surprise of the 2014 NBA draft after selecting Brazilian Bruno Caboclo with the 20th overall pick Thursday night.

On the ESPN broadcast, international basketball expert Fran Fraschilla described Caboclo as a "Brazilian Kevin Durant" but admitted that the youngster is "two years away from being two years away," which isn't a good sign for Raptors fans.
His numbers from the Brazilian league also leave a lot to be desired, per The Cardinal Connect's Nick Coffey:
Who knows? Maybe the Raptors and general manager Masai Ujiri will get the last laugh on this one. Until then, they've left a lot of NBA fans and experts scratching their heads.
