Argentina finished off their perfect group effort with a 3-2 victory over Nigeria behind two goals from Lionel Messi.
In spite of the loss, Nigeria still advance to the knockout stages of the competition as a result of Bosnia-Herzegovina's victory over Iran.
Messi (of course) scored in the third minute, pouncing on a rebound after Angel Di Maria was denied:
Nigeria fought back just a minute later, as Ahmed Musa charged up the pitch and put in a curled finish to get things level:
Messi got his brace in first-half injury time with an absolutely brilliant free-kick that completely froze Vincent Enyeama.
Minutes prior, he nearly scored on a free-kick but was denied.

Musa, in doing his best Messi impression, again negated the goal from the diminutive Argentine, grabbing his second with a clinical finish in the 48th minute.
Marcos Rojo kept the flood of goals coming, kneeing home off of a corner kick in the 50th minute to put Argentina back in front.
