Perhaps unsurprisingly, Wednesday's newspaper back pages are dominated by the same incident.

No, not the conclusion of England's participation in Brazil with a 0-0 draw against Costa Rica, but Luis Suarez's alleged bite on Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini as Uruguay sneaked into the knockout stages of the tournament with a 1-0 win.
