Jack Adams' candidate Guy Carbonneau announced today that rookie goalie Carey Price will be in net for game five against the Philadelphia Flyers as the Montreal Canadiens face elimination for the second time this playoffs.
Carbonneau pulled Price from the net after the second period of game three, and started backup goaltender Jaroslav Halak for game four.

"He deserves a second shot," Carbonneau said. "I think in the last few days he had time to calm down and refocus and get ready for another long stretch."
He also announced that Price will be using a new glove and blocker, while Carbonneau himself will where his lucky tie, which has a 3-0 record this postseason.
No team has come back from a 3-1 series deficit to win since the end of the NHL lockout in 2004-2005, so Carbonneau and his Canadiens have their work cut out for them in the next game or two or three.

personally, i did not get what the new glove and pad would do better than the old one ... it is in his mind that he needs new things!
still, glad to learn he will be back. he is still our goalie number one, and he is the man of the situation.
go habs!
nice post, :)
