With the World Cup heading into the final matches of the group stage, WhoScored.com have revealed their best Premier League XI of the second round of fixtures.

England may have been condemned to an early exit, but Wayne Rooney made the cut after opening his World Cup account vs. Uruguay. In fact, he made it at the expense of Luis Suarez, who scored twice in Uruguay's victory.
