It took Argentina over 90 minutes to get a breakthrough against a stingy Iranian back line, but naturally, it was one moment of individual brilliance from Lionel Messi that finally put Argentina on top. 

Messi fired a stunning strike from outside of the 18-yard box in scoring the match's only goal during injury time: 

The win advances Argentina into the knockout stages of the World Cup.
