World Cup Paper Review: "England's Shame" as World Cup Hopes Officially Die

England's World Cup chances were officially ended on Friday after Costa Rica beat Italy 1-0 to remove any mathematical hopes the Three Lions might have had of squeezing through the group on the final day.
