Costa Rica Manager Jorge Luis Pinto Reacts to Joel Campbell Being Denied Penalty

Football managers are usually convinced that the referees have done them no favours, but not all of them react like Jorge Luis Pinto.

The Costa Rica coach's hands suddenly seemed to start working independently of his body when Joel Campbell was denied a penalty late in the first half.
