Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for the June 19 episode of NXT on the WWE Network. Spoilers are already out there, but if you want to know what will happen without having the matches spoiled for you, you're in the right place.
This is the third of a four-week block of shows WWE taped at the end of May and will feature five matches with varying degrees of excitement.
In women's wrestling action, we will see Alexa Bliss take on Sasha Banks. Banks and Charlotte have been running the NXT Diva's division lately, but Bliss will be looking to prove her worth against the more experienced Banks.
Bliss hasn't been wrestling for very long, but we already know she is athletic enough for the job and seems to have the personality to be a success.
WWE's resident hyperactive hero will be in action when Mojo Rawley takes on Garrett Dylan. Dylan is the son of Hollywood legend Kris Kristofferson, so we may see his famous father in the crowd again.
A new tag team will emerge this week when Angelo Dawkins and Travis Tylor take on The Vaudevillians, which is a team comprised of Aiden English and Simon Gotch.
For those wondering, Simon Gotch is not related to the wrestling legend Frank Gotch. Simon originally wrestled under the name Ryan Drago before coming to WWE. And, no, he's not related to the fictional Rocky IV character Ivan Drago either. (That's two Ivan Drago references in a week for me. Where's my trophy?)
The No. 1 contender for Adrian Neville's NXT Championship will also be wrestling this week when Tyler Breeze takes on the high flying Kalisto.
These are two of the more agile athletes on the NXT roster, which could make this bout an instant classic if they have enough time to make things interesting.
In the final match of the evening, Tyson Kidd will be teaming up with Sami Zayn to take on The Ascension in an NXT Tag Team Championship match.
This will the third time in the past month that Kidd has received some sort of title shot in NXT. He was unsuccessful in the first two attempts to win the NXT title from Neville, so perhaps teaming up with Zayn will give the Hart Dungeon graduate some better luck.
NXT is one of those shows that appeals more to the hardcore WWE fan, but even casual fans should take a look, as some of the talent down there are already miles ahead of many on the main roster.
As usual, NXT has some matches scheduled that seem skippable and some that seem like must-see wrestling. What are you looking forward to on this week's show?
