As summer closes in on us, the temperature is not the only thing heating up. Some MLB managers are currently on the "hot seat" and may be out of a job before the regular season comes to an end. In many cases, this lack of job security has more to do with an owner and GM contemplating shaking things up, rather than poor managerial performance.
