Friday's qualifying for the Quicken Loans 400 belonged to Kevin Harvick. The man behind the wheel of the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing car won all three rounds of qualifying and set two track records in the process.

His fastest time came in the third round of 12 drivers, as he ripped a lap time of 35.198 while hitting over 204 miles per hour.

The old track record was set by Joey Logano in 2013 at a speed of 203.949 miles per hour.

The pole win was the ninth overall for Harvick and his third this season.

Behind the dominant Harvick in the final round were Hendrick teammates Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr., who were separated by eight-hundredths of a second.

Aric Almirola and Paul Menard rounded out the top five, while Brad Keselowski qualified in sixth place.
