In any event, Vince is turning WWE into a Heel Playground. Fans are feeling shafted due to the crappy pay-per-views, bad television broadcasts, and of course, all talk and no action.
Now all of a sudden, champions are becoming unbeatable, fan favorites are getting short-ended by bad writers, and three of the WWE's biggest faces are being kept from the championships.
ECW's main heels are now on RAW, the WWE cut ties with an injury prone Mr. Kennedy, and no one knows what Edge's next move will truly be. Does Edge really want to be a tag team champion after countless storylines with him fighting for the World Championship?
Is CM Punk the new Ultimate Opportunist, or a severe pain in the ass? Instead of just cutting ties with Punk, they opted to make him the unbeatable World Champion, as well as the newest Heel.
Now, Matt Hardy returns to SmackDown after a few months on RAW, and Jeff Hardy may not hoist another World Championship in 2009.
But according to the WWE, this is progress.
Maryse: Unbeatable. Melina: Beatable. Jeff Hardy, John Cena, and Triple H: All Beatable in Championship Matches. CM Punk, Randy Orton, and Tommy Dreamer: Unstoppable in Championship Matches.
Where's the line that we're supposed to pay attention to? How did Punk all of a sudden become unbeatable at Pay-Per-Views? How did Orton become the man to lead the Flagship Show over Batista, Cena, Big Show, and the guys with a better push?
Is WWE losing its thunder? Absolutely not. It's lost its thunder.
The shows are becoming more and more unbearable to watch as well. As for the pay-per-views? They continue to get worse and worse as time marches on.
So do we continue to watch the WWE even though their ratings are not up to par from their past shows? Do we continue to believe that these three World Champions are as unbeatable and invincible as advertised?
Or do we stand up, rise against, and let the WWE know that we're not gonna take it anymore?
Ask any loyal WWE fan, and they'll continue to watch for loyalty reasons. But there are those loyal WWE fans who have had enough of the same old story and same old song and dance.
But if you ask me, WWE better change things, or they may lose a loyal fan as well as a writer.
