Take a look at the above quote. Yes, Sepp Blatter said those words. In context. With a straight face. 

Blatter's ambitious comments came in an address to the FIFA Congress, as reported by Owen Gibson of The Guardian.

While we're all in favour of intergalactic football, we found Blatter's decision to award the 2026 World Cup to Sa a bit premature.
