On the latest stop of the Derek Jeter farewell tour, the New York Yankees shortstop received a gift presented by a former teammate.

Jeter and Robinson Cano turned countless double plays together in the Bronx from 2005-2013 and helped the Yankees win the 2009 World Series.

Cano left New York for Seattle this past offseason, which made the Mariners second baseman the perfect person to present his former teammate with a retirement gift during the Captain's last trip to Safeco Field on Tuesday:

According to ESPN.com's Darren Rovell, the watch is a Jay-Z Hublot and is worth $34,000. Jay-Z is, of course, Cano's agent.
