Tim Howard has etched his name in United States men's national team history, as he was capped for the 100th time Saturday when the USMNT took on Nigeria in Jacksonville.
The Everton man received a commemorative shirt to mark the occasion and was honored before the match with his family.
Others celebrated Howard in different ways.
He's the third American goalkeeper to reach the 100-cap mark. The USMNT faces Ghana on June 16 to open the World Cup.
