North Carolina has been, and is, one of the elite programs in college basketball.

Five NCAA championships. 18 Final Four trips. 36 regular-season conference championships.

For several decades, UNC has consistently rolled out some of the best of the best players in the nation. Right now, 17 former Tar Heels are playing in the NBA.

Coming up with an all-time best Carolina team is a difficult task. It is even more challenging if you have a salary cap with which to work.

Now, you get your chance to put together your own all-time North Carolina starting five.

Choose a player from each position without exceeding your $15 spending limit. Share your team in the comments' section of this article.

Give everyone reasons why you picked your squad.
