Arsenal star Robin van Persie has stated that he does not want to leave Arsenal and that he is willing to stay at Arsenal for years to come and intends to be the best player in the world.

“I want to become the best player in the world. My career will only be a success when I consider myself the best. Anything less won't do,” he said.

It is obvious that he is really willing to be the best footballer on the planet.

He insisted that while it might be a surprise it is still possible, the Dutchman was even comparing it with the reigning of Obama as the US president.

“Nothing is impossible. No one would have said a few years ago that a black man could be US President,” said Van Persie.

He showed his frustration at not winning much trophies but he was also showing his confidence throughout the report in his North London outfit and he is sure that they can do well next season and win some trophies.

“But, if everyone is fit, we have a heck of a team and it's up to me to ensure we go out and win these trophies.”

I personally think it would be great for the Gunners to have the best player on the planet and I think it is possible.
