On the eve of the Nigeria vs. Scotland match at Fulham's Craven Cottage, the Scottish FA were contacted about a match-fixing threat to the game—as per BBC Sport.

Nigeria goalkeeper Austin Ejide then did this.

The goal was disallowed for a foul.

We're not making an accusation, far from it. We just thought this was something you all needed to see.

Naturally, Twitter went wild with conspiracy theories.
