Cyclist Wins Tour of Somerville, Crashes Immediately After Celebrating

Noah Granigan, an 18-year-old from New Jersey, was thrilled to win the junior race at the 2014 Tour of Somerville, but his celebration could have been better.

After crossing the finish line, Granigan raised his arms triumphantly, only to lose control of his bike and then proceed to painfully slide across the road.
