One Portuguese chef has created a very, er, interesting-looking tribute to superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

Jose dos Santos Antonio decided to pay homage to the man expected to lead Portugal's World Cup surge by creating and naming a sandwich after Ronaldo.

The "Cristiano Ronaldo sandwich" will be served at his bar in Campinas and is made with cod, garlic, parsley, cheese, black olives, onions, olive oil and what he dubs "a lot of love for Cristiano Ronaldo."
