Stevenson vs. Fonfara: Live Round-by-Round Results and Highlights

Adonis Stevenson registered two early knockdowns and defeated Andrzej Fonfara in the light heavyweight championship bout in Montreal.

Stevenson defended his WBC championship, and a fight against Bernard Hopkins may be on tap in the fall. 

Stevenson (24-1, 20 KOs) dominated the first half of the fight, but Fonfara got stronger as the fight progressed. Stevenson earned a unanimous decision from the judges.

In the earlier fights on the card, middleweight David Lemieux (32-2, 30 KOs) knocked out Fernando Guerrero (26-3, 19 KOs) in athe third round, while  Jermell Charlo (24-0, 11 KOs) defeated Charlie Ota (24-2-1, 16 KOs) in a unanimous decision.
