The Cleveland Cavaliers have now had the No. 1 overall pick in 2011, 2013 and 2014, and looking at their lottery odds over the past four years, it was incredibly unlikely.

Looking at their odds to get the top pick in 2011, 2013 and 2014 and to not get the pick in 2012, the Cavaliers had about a 0.046 percent chance of winning three of these past four years.

201213.8%
201315.6%
