A lot can change in eight years...or even longer. 

Receding hair lines, new facial hair and one-time World Cup newbies can soar to meteoric superstardom. 

Thankfully, Eurosport have compiled a side-by-side comparison of stickers from past World Cups with those for this summer's tournament in Brazil. 

Some of the highlights include a balding Arjen Robben and a beardless Andrea Pirlo. Here are some of the best.
