Oh my. Tonight's game was in the book after swank 5 run first inning got the Jays well on their way to routing Bronson Arroyo for 7 runs in 3.1 year to the date of torching Bronson Arroyo for 10 runs.

What started out as an 0-2 count on lead-off hitter Marco Scutaro quickly deteriorated into a 5 run first inning after Scutaro fought hard to get a walk. Aaron Hill smacked the first pitch he saw into the bullpen, before Vernon Wells smacked the next pitch after that into the first row. Scott Rolen added an rbi single before Adam Lind capped the rally with a monsterous opposite field home run.

Scott Richmond pitched a solid 7 innings. Giving up 2 runs on 2 hits, dropping his ERA to 3.68 and improving to 6-4.

Aaron Hill and Vernon Wells would each add another RBI along with Scott Rolen (now batting a mean .330) en route to a 8-2 Blue Jays victory.
