LeBron James threw down a transition slam on Monday evening against the Brooklyn Nets, but he didn't do so before chatting with New York's most powerful couple.
After sharing a few words with Jay Z and Beyonce, James tipped and stole a Shaun Livingston pass, blew by Paul Pierce and dunked on the other end to extend Miami's lead to three.
James and the Nets' most famous courtside patrons would continue their conversation throughout the first half:
Apparently, Jay Z had some words of wisdom to impart, because James scored 25 points on 9-of-13 shooting over the first 24 minutes of Game 4.
