Kitty Cohen doesn't let her age stop her from living life to the fullest.

With her children, grandchildren and friends cheering her on, the 101-year-old grandma jogged out to the mound at the Rogers Centre to throw out the first pitch on Mother's Day 2014:

According to the Toronto Star's Trish Crawford, Cohen became the oldest Canadian to ever throw out the first pitch before a Toronto Blue Jays home game.
