The times for the Michigan football games have been announced, well some of them.

Form the Big Ten

Western Michigan at Michigan, ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET
Notre Dame at Michigan, ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET
Eastern Michigan at Michigan, Big Ten Network, Noon ET
Michigan at Illinois, ABC, 3:30 p.m ET

Most of the above makes sense, except for the 3:30 Western game on ABC. There really must be some poor games on that day for ABC to go with that game. I'm also not a big fan of 3:30 starts for the first game, ND makes sense but Western should be played at noon.

Maybe ABC has learned Michigan always makes news during their first game of the year. Let's hope this year, it's the Wolverines look great in a 34-7 win over Western Michigan.

For those that are interested, the Oregon Ducks rolled out new uniforms again. Dr. Saturday has a nice piece on it. I'm not sure about the 2009 version below. It looks straight out of the USFL, World League, or the XFL. Phil Knight, CEO of Nike, is sure cooking up some strange options for his favorite University.
