Is Phil Jackson shying away from full time responsibilities of the Los Angeles Lakers?

Speculations are saying that Phil Jackson is not gonna take their long East Coast trips in the 2009-10 and let Kurt Rambis or Brian Shaw take control on away games, during the 2008-09 Championship run there was times where during a time out where "Phil" did not say a word and let the coaching staff take over.

There was even times in timeout where Kobe Bryant let the the team know where they stand and what they should do in certain situations.

Phil Jackson just won his tenth N.B.A Championship does he need anymore?

Well with a hip replacement and bad knees i don't think that Phil will be around for that much longer. Also the Sacramento kings interviewed Kurt Rambis for the Head coaching Job and he refused the job, Why would Rambis turn down a Head coaching job in The N.B.A if something more promising coming up.

With no one knowing if phil will be back or not its safe to say the LEGEND, THE LEGACY, THE CHAMPION will not be around for that long.
