The final day of the Premier League season is upon us. Manchester City and Liverpool are the only two teams who can capture this year's title, with the odds heavily stacked in favour of the former. Will there be one more shock in this campaign of surprises?

We set up an extra special FIFA 14 simulation to find out exactly that. Both matches have been sent into the number cruncher to produce a special by-the-minute rundown of what we can expect.

Manchester City vs. West Ham, Liverpool vs. Newcastle: FIFA 14 Highlights (As It Happened)

There we have it, the Premier League season is complete. We expected drama, but if FIFA 14 is anything to go by, Liverpool will fail to put pressure on their Etihad rivals. Newcastle are outsiders to grab a point at Anfield, surely they can't replicate the virtual performance and secure all three?

City only need a draw to win their second title in three years. Although West Ham have nothing to play for aside from pride, you can bet Sam Allardyce's men will arrive ready and willing to upset the party.
